It’s not dense like a chocolate gateau but it’s not light and fluffy like a chocolate chiffon – and its not a hot milk sponge either. Rich, moist and so full of flavour. The fluffy buttercream has a hint of coffee which compliments it perfectly. 

Available in two or three layers, with jam, buttercream icing or even caramel if you prefer or as single cupcakes (perfect for kids’ parties).

Ingredients: Flour, the best quality Cocoa, Oil, Buttermilk, Coffee, Bicarb, Baking Powder, Brown Sugar, Eggs. Buttercream Icing – Butter, Icing Sugar, Black Coffee, Egg Yolk, Salt, Strawberry Jam
