Description
Based on Molly Katzen’s recipe from the Moosewood cookbook, layers of tomato sauce, topped with lasagne noods and fresh spinach mixed with ricotta and mozzarella. This is not oily as it doesn’t have a cooked cheesy white sauce.
Ingredients: Lasagne, Spinach, Ricotta, Onions, Garlic, Tomato Paste, Mozzarella, Parmesan.
