They didn’t have this in the shtetl, but our delicious pumpkin pie with a pecan, cinnamon and sugar topping is a great side dish. We can substitute cream for Orly Whip if you are having a fish or Milchik supper too. Heat through covered for 20 minutes at 180, remove foil and heat a further 5 – 10 minutes.
