Perogan are little pies that we eat in the soup. Ours are made from the chickens and vegetables that are cooked whilst making the chicken soup. They are a meal on their own.

Ingredients: Dough – Flour, Schmaltz, Eggs. Filling – Chicken, Carrots, Onions, Schmaltz
