Kneidlach are not just for Pesach. Sometimes a bowl of chicken soup with a light fluffy kneidle is a meal on its own. This is the ultimate soul food. We make them in two sizes, kiddies and adults. The kneidles come frozen and you follow the simple instructions so there is no excuse for not having a stock of them in your freezer.

It’s vegetarian too, as the schmaltz is made with carrots, onions and vegetable fat, so you can serve with any veggie soup.
